Work Progress Diary:

Buy a cheap spiral notebook or use an app if you want and jot down one to three top priorities every day, not five or ten things to do, but your top priority on certain days. It's possible that you only have one major goal for the day. I always sat down to write, whether it was a novel or poetry, blocking out everything else and focusing solely on what I wanted to do. At the conclusion of the day, make a good color tick mark on those one, two, or three things, and if you didn't succeed, add a concise explanation of why. This notebook functions as a personal drill sergeant who sits on your shoulder and orders you to work. You can also schedule weekly check-ins with your closest friend, during which you both read each other's diaries and encourage each other to do better the next week.

Make an instance of the worst tasks:

Let's imagine you have one monstrous assignment to complete, such as writing your statement of purpose, a thesis, an essay, or a large problem set, and you procrastinate the most on these chores since they need a significant amount of time and you don’t believe you are capable of completing them. Here's how I do it: I talk to everyone about this one major project, for example. I need to finish this huge essay this week, or I need to study for my exam this week, etc. The more individuals who are aware of this, the more difficult it will be for you to cancel. Find an out-of-the-way area, such as a quiet café, a garden, a library, or even a small corner near the stairwell; the novelty of the setting, as well as the upcoming event, will boost your motivation.

Break it up:

Every week or every day, set aside the same amount of time for the same kind of work. Keep the most challenging duty until the morning. The satisfaction of being productive motivates you throughout the day if you do the most difficult work first thing in the morning. Convert these weekly pieces into routines. Good habits last just as long as negative habits, so use these tactics to train your mind.

Caffeine:

Make sure you drink no more than three cups of tea or coffee every day, with the last one being before 4 p.m.

Healthy snacks:

In your dish, you must have veggies, fruits, whole grain peanuts, and lean protein.

Never skip meals:

Sugar is required by the brain. Skipping meals causes low blood sugar and weariness in the brain.

Working hard to overcome procrastination

Choose your hard days:

Prepare yourself mentally by informing your family and friends about which day will be particularly difficult, and by emphasizing that you anticipated the difficulty, prepared for it, and overcame it. Giving yourself a little break and a reward after a long day is a psychological approach.

Stay away from distractions:

Make a plan to avoid becoming distracted. It's difficult, but it creates a habit that will benefit you greatly in the long run. Every single successful person I've met or spoken to either doesn't have a smartphone or keeps it turned off and out of reach. The higher the hurdle rate, the more difficult it is for the brain to reach out to the distraction.

Just get going:

The idea is to just start, and you'll know you're in the zone after the first 30 minutes. When I need to start a new project and I don't know where to begin, I sometimes waste hours gazing at a blank screen because I don't know where to begin. Instead of staring at a blank page or screen, I try to find a solution by reading a book on the subject or watching a video on the subject. The most difficult part of starting a project is just getting started. Start with the portion you enjoy the most and this thing will kick in and push you forward.

So, Procrastination is a kind of stress reduction for some people, but there are others who have a strong desire to succeed while still having a strong fear of failure. So, here are a few tips to assist you to overcome your fear:
